Join us this Thursday, May 14th at the Time Hotel for the 1st Anniverary Fundraiser for the Lorenzo Jackson Foundation!
The Lorenzo Jackson Foundation, founded in 2008 by Alexander Everett, is committed to help and encourage young people living with HIV/AIDS, providing them with the financial assitance they need to pursue a higher education, in addition to educating the general public and to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS . With established relationships between schools, health organizations and community leaders, LJF is able to assist and create programs and services that will benefit the future development of those affected by HIV/AIDS.
The event will be hosted by Scott Herman of MTV’s Real World: Brooklyn and New York Knick’s Dancer, Sierra Jo Anderson. They will help us commemorate the one year anniversary of LJF’s community efforts while acknowledging and encouraging students infected with HIV/AIDS as extraordinary future leaders.
