On Wednesday, January 13, 2010, Urban Girl Squad will host Throw a Cocktail Party Like a Pro: Hostessing Workshop with Hors D’oeuvres and Wine at Broadway Party Rental Showroom in Soho at 7:00PM.
Flatiron Kitchen, the go-to catering company for hosts in NYC, will teach simple techniques on ow to throw a beautiful cocktail party. We’ll watch a cooking demo on how to make easy appetizers, hear expert tips on how to set up your bar and apartment, and enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and wine. You’ll upgrade your usual chip-and-dip routine!
