The final round of the “Best Sommelier in America” competition is the Olympics of the wine world, an intensive full-day event taking place at Jumeirah Essex House on Sunday, April 17th, 2011.  Thirty-one distinguished sommeliers from America’s greatest restaurants will go head-to-head in a vigorous “Sommelier obstacle course” that tests their wine knowledge and skills in front of a panel of industry leaders and gallery of spectators.

Wine lovers and oenophiles alike can enjoy the excitement of the final competition on April 17^th for only $50, culminating in the ultimate culinary experience – a gala and awards ceremony available for $500 per ticket.
