Special prix-fixe menu pairs the authentic flavors of Italy’s Le Marche region with wines
Now through July 15th, Abboccato Ristorante, Executive Chef Jim Botsacos, and Chef de Cuisine David Arias will celebrate the flavors of Italy’s central Adriatic coast, with a special “A Taste of Le Marche” four-course prix-fixe menu designed to highlight the authentic ingredients from the region.

Perfect for summer, the menu focuses on delectable seafood dishes, infused with local ingredients including Prosciutto from Marche’s Emilia Romanga and Lombardy region. A complimentary offering of Saladini Pilastri Falerio—a fresh white wine that blends Chardonnay, Fiano, Malvasia, Pecorino, Passerina, and Trebbiano from the Palazzi Vineyard—will be served with the menu. “A Taste of Le Marche” prix-fixe menu includes:
