Iron Chef Dinner Party at Edi & the Wolf
This Sunday, 10/7, 2012, Edi & the Wolf will celebrate the premiere of Chef Eduard Frauneder on Food Network’s Iron Chef America with a special three-course prix-fixe menu for $39.
From 6:00-10:00 pm, guests can preview The Third Man cocktails and enjoy bites from the new fall menu as they await the episode screening at 10:00pm.
Starter
Soup: roasted sunchokes, chives, crème fraiche
Or
Diver Scallops Crudo: fennel, cucumber, jalapeños, cilantro, lime vinaigrette
Entrée
Steel Head Trout: Cauliflower almond puree, pickled golden raisins, fried parsley, pumpernickel croutons
Or
Duck: Salsify puree, cippolini onions, cherries, collard greens
Dessert
Austrian chocolate soufflé: Whipped cream, homemade walnut wafer
Or
Pumpkin short cake: Pickled butternut squash, pumpkinseed croquant and joghurt mousse
