Malibu Black wants to make sure Halloween is extra spooky this year!

Malibu Black held a a Halloween excursion through NYC’s scariest and most-anticipated haunted house – Killers! (located at 107 Suffolk Street (between Rivington and Delancey). The event began with guests gathering for a boost of liquid courage at Sons of Essex at 133 Essex Street (between Stanton and Rivington), and then we braved a truly horrifying immersive exploration of serial killers – real and fictional.

“Try these recipes from Malibu Rum and Vita Coco to get your Halloween bash spooky”?

Malibu Black Blood
1 part Malibu Black
1 part ABSOLUT Vanilla
Grenadine sinker

Shake all ingredients except grenadine over ice, and strain into a shot glass. Pour in small amount of grenadine.

Malibu Black Voodoo Punch
1 part Malibu Black
1 part Malibu Pineapple
1 part Malibu Banana
1 ½ parts orange juice
1 ½ parts pineapple juice
1 ½ parts cranberry juice
½ part float of dark rum

Build in a large glass or fishbowl filled with ice. Float
dark rum on top of drink. Garnish with all things tropical.

An Orange-inal Brew from Vita Coco
Orange Vita Coco coconut water
2.5 oz orange vodka
Splash of sprite or club soda

Fill a pint glass with ice, almost to the top. Add 2.5 oz Orange Vodka, and mix with Orange Vita Coco coconut water, leaving a small bit of room at the top. Add a splash of either Sprite or Club Soda. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Jack-o-Lantern Punch from Vita Coco
Orange Vita Coco
2.5 oz orange vodka
Splash of triple sec
Splash of sprite

Fill a pint glass with ice, almost to the top. Add 2.5 oz Orange Vodka, a splash of triple sec, a splash of sprite, and top off with Orange Vita Coco coconut water. Garnish with orange wedge and squeezed lime, if preferred.
