What do you get when you mix 10 powerhouse chefs from the hottest restaurants in the country, an open bar, and a healthy dose of culinary magic? That’s right—it’s Eater Eve, an epic preview tasting of the annual Eater Awards.
On Sunday, November 11, 2012, the chefs will gather at the Bowery Hotel. At 6 pm, the doors will open, and for the next three hours, you will be treated to a series of mind-blowing dishes.
