Each month, more than 200 women receive breast cancer screening and education services from Capital Breast Care Center (CBCC). An initiative of Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, CBCC is the only community-based breast cancer screening clinic in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that provides screening and navigation services to women, regardless of their ability to pay. November 12th: Fresh from Cool vs. Cruel, I headed over to the Awareness book launch at the Kenneth Cole store in Grand Central. Guests included Harry Belafonte, Lauren Bush, Kenneth Cole, Stanley Tucci, Diane Von Furstenberg, and key speaker, Rosario Dawson.
