During Fashion Week, the fashion forward fled downtown to the soon to be opened semi private lounge, The Elsinore. Inside the private construction party hosted by owner Noel Ashman, guests sipped on complimentary MEDEA cocktails while models circulated in over a dozen designs from Richie Rich and Ross Higgins‘ Popluxe Fall/Winter line.
